Mr. Harms, Makenzie Walk, and Joel Bloemker recently attended a Youth Advisory Council hosted by Senator Jason Plummer. The event was held on Friday, November 22nd at Kaskaskia College. The students discussed a public policy issue that will then by debated during the spring session at the State Capitol.
