Position: Jr./Sr. High School Principal
School District: Brownstown CUSD 201
Student Body: Approximately 200 students, grades 7 through 12

About the Role:
Brownstown CUSD 201 is seeking a dynamic and dedicated educational leader to join our team as the Jr./Sr. High School Principal. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about fostering student growth and maintaining high academic standards within a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage faculty, staff, and students in alignment with the school district’s mission and goals.

  • Collaborate closely with a highly committed support team, including a guidance counselor, athletic director, and administrative secretary, to create a positive and effective educational experience.

  • Promote a school culture that supports the social, emotional, and academic success of all students.

  • Develop and implement innovative programs, curricula, and initiatives to enhance student learning and engagement.

  • Foster community involvement and maintain strong relationships with parents, community partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in educational leadership and administration.

  • A valid administrative license.

  • Strong background in curriculum development, staff management, and student achievement.

  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive school culture and environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaboration.
