The Brownstown Board of Education is seeking qualified candidates to fill a vacant position on the Board. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals dedicated to enhancing the educational experience of students in our community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen.
Age: At least 18 years old.
Residency: A resident of Illinois and Brownstown for at least one year immediately preceding the appointment.
Voter Registration: Must be a registered voter.
Legal Compliance:
Must not be a child sex offender.
Must not hold another incompatible public office.
Must not have a prohibited interest in any contract with the district.
